Leave M23 at junction 10 and take the A264 exit to Eastbourne/E. Grinstead. Go straight over (second exit) next roundabout.

At third roundabout, turn right (third exit) for Three Bridges and Maidenbower (sign posted A2220). Continue straight (passing Texaco station on right), until Garden Centre entrance on right.

(Bottom map) Turn into entrance for Garden Centre and follow the outer road to the car park (red arrows on map). The road bends to the left, after which on the right hand side, is a set of double gates (which should be open). Go through gates and take first right past Windmill Contractors. J&M Mowers (gardenfurnituredeals) is behind here.
